Surveillence cameras in Swedish schools

Listening on Swedish radio this morning heard that one school is looking to install surveillance cameras to help them deal with a problem of older pupils demanding money, sweets, etc., from younger pupils.

Pity that they are following the British example. What happened to communication, education as a form of prevention? I wonder what next....
